and as for the 401k thats a good return, I had alot of my assests in high risk so thats what i get, I was up almost 10% but year end killed me!!!!!

i just ran outa whey protein gotta go get more.....eating a TON of chicken, eggs, tuna, and beleive it or not peanuts.....

Almost all of my 401K is in large cap stocks. It's going to continue to hurt for the next year or two. The key will be investing as much as you can when the market is down.

nah im avoiding typing it all again
but anyway:
flipped a stoppie real hard
broke jaw in 2 spots
broken wrist
couple broken teeth
ruptured ear drum, stopped bleeding today and hearing is coming back
both knees are briused heavily, the left one has some rash
rashed lower back, black and blue all up and dwn my spine. no spinal damage per CT scan
stitches inside my lower lip, one on my outer lip, a couple on my chin
then about 10 spots with small 1-2" patches of light rash
but anyway:
