Re: Breakfast Club
Question - I'm getting a bike for free or at least I thought it was for free. Its a 2006 YZF 600. The bike went down at a slow speed and is missing the left side clip on, the stator cover and the rear brake fluid reservoir. I thought the bike was free and clear but it turns out that my cousin owed $700 roughly 8 months ago. She filed bankruptcy and the bike was included in the BK. She tried contacting the company after the BK to obtain a payoff and the company told her that they cant deal with her anymore because she filed BK and it has to go through the courts. Is there anyway to obtain a title for this bike or would it be too much hassle?

Yeah gotta figure it out. Even for $1000 if thats what I would have to pay I think it might be worth it.
I'm gonna try to speak to the loan company before shipping it over.
