If he was looking for the sticker I took it off because I buffed the frame. If you didn't notice the frame is hella shiny!!!!:YEAH Anyone who owns a bike knows the VIN is stamped on the neck The sticker that I removed didn't have the vin on it but the specs: tire pressure, made in, etc! I wouldn't have bought it if the VIN was scratched off, If I wanted a stolen bike, I have many buddies that know people that no other people who have stolen bikes (JK).

 

I can tell you exactly where it's stamped. It's on the right side vertically, but you are right, the plate was not on there. If the owner before me wanted to really hide it he would have scratched the imprinted vin off with a grinder and repainted the frame. That's what chop shops do playa. I even have the VIN written down at home from when I wrote it down to have my buddy run it! I'm 110% positive it is on there.
