I'm monitored too, just login as the administrator and they can't follow what you do. I have a laptop though so it may be different. When I login to my server I can't look at anything. It's called WEBSENSE or some ****. The only thing I can't do as the admin is look at my work email which I check twice a day anyways.:YEAH

 

im on our companies intranet, in the building, so im pretty sure they can watch. I hear they rarely do, more or less pay attention to what programs you install. only ever used if you are in trouble or your numbers suck. so I should be ok, besides I just check in from time to time.
