you dont HAVE to quit ... i only quit because it would help someone else quit... so far so good .. we have been 2 weeks smoke free and saved like a gagillion dollars so far ... but i actually can taste and smell better
...i wouldnt mind having the occasional smoke.. but, i have had alot of photographers tell me that i really shouldnt because with raw photography, you can see those little wrinkles above the lip they tend to have to photoshop... and a few others .. so i guess its a good thing

I asked you to contact me personally so I can get that fixed for you. It was a bug on the program that we had to figure out. We have been swamped with anything you can think of reguarding what we do and we apologized to you publicly and if you would have called it would have been over the phone with compensation. Instead you are voicing in the messageboards this problem. If you choose not to refrain from going this route, your posts will be removed and a possible ban.
Its not a matter of customer service on why people dont follow the rules.
