deer jerky is a waste of good deer flesh in my opinon. buit then agian what are you to do with the rib meat?
well i made deer ribs once...not so good
not enough marblization with the fat. too lean for ribs you know?

very true....I like the jerky if it's made right. steak is always a better option but jerky you can take anywhere with ya. handy lil snack. Never tried ribs tho....
