not many 1000RR parts fit on a 954, though.

I dig the 954..my buddy bought a crunchy one last year and it's held up to quite a bit of abuse...not to mention it's a f'ing wheelie machine. As far as 600's go I like the f4i, but I like the 600rr better. only thing that is irritating is the plastic tank.

yeh. the thing was pretty much made to wheelie.
2nd gear isn't as easy, but it'll still come up. i have to clutch the crap out of it though (stock gears)
i heard that 600rr's got weak subframes.
can't be any worse than a 636 or an r6 or something.

r6's are usually what get totalled by squids here....more than any other bike I see. Not sure about the weak subframes on the rr, but If you're worried about it just re-inforce it. and yeah, I run stock gearing on everything....prolly gonna go -1 on the Gixxer before long tho. I want to keep some of my top end intact

yeh, it's just hard as hell to slow it down w/stock gears.
esp. w/my twitchy *** bike.

my problem now is that there aren't any good spots left. all the powerwheeling, rev-limiter burnout squids came and blew them all up at the end of last summer by wrecking bikes and acting like fools
Now ya can't go near any of those places without cops showing up quick. I'd like to work on my stoppies some...just have to find a good place to do it

I'd like to work on my stoppies some...just have to find a good place to do ityeh, all the roads are full of gravel and dust here, so stoppies are kinda out of the question.....we've got a decent spot where the road's clean, though
