$700 /wk training

20% commision on the profit of all new vehicle sales.
20% of the profit minus $500 on used vehicles.
10% of all the sale of all "extras" (rust proofing, accessories, etc...)
10% of financing profit.
$350.00 cash bonus for selling 12 cars/month.
Additional $400.00 if sales reach 15.

The manager was telling me that just last month he wrote one of his employees a check for like $4700.00 for 2 weeks!


It really seems like a good deal, if I sell 2 cars a week I will be making more than I make now.

I am a nurse so I work 12 hour shifts

 

The money sounds good but it seems like you would always feel alot of pressure to sell. Sounds kinda stressful

 

I like these hours it takes some getting use to but it's quiet. Plus three days a week on and four off I still have time for some social time.

 

Which is good for me though, I thrive on it. When I know I make nothing if I do nothing and I make a lot if I do a lot, I am driven.

YEP! 5 more nights here in this place then I get my first full weekend of the summer off and monday start training at the new place.
