I hated workin with them at my last job... ugh..
call their cust svc line "REPRESENTATIVE" *in order for us to...* "REPRESENTATIVE" *alright I will..* "REPPPPPPREEEEEEESEEEENTTATTIIIIIVEEEEEE"
haha i hate automated/voice phone lines

Sooo.. bad news... my mother in laws doggy had a heart attack Sad sad sad.
I hate hearing that **** more than about people... I have a biiiiig heart for animals.. and a slightly smaller one for people (i know im mean)
