umm if its broken, YES. they are probubly waiting to let the sweeling (sp?) to go down. the only thing they wont cast is fingers and toes, but if your lucky you'll get a spint for them (not talking about with your broken wrist, but in general)

i just want to add when you go in they will take x-rays and evalutate the situation. i dont remeber if someone said something about broke tendons or somethign like that but if so they will probubly operate on it to repair whatevers wrong if thats the case. and depending on how bad it broke they will put plates/screws or whatever is needed. and then they will put it in a cast.

My nephew broke his arm at Pyschofest this year on a mountin bike, (10 and trying to be like everyone else there ) and he was able to get a new type of cast that would allow him to swim and all that ****. They paid like an extra $20.00 that the insurance wouldn't cover.

man, this thread BLEW up huh, well kelm all I gotta say is, it sucks you were dumb enough to try and lie, but i'm glad your aight, NO ONE deserves to go down...its the worst feeling ever and I'll never wish it on anybody....Like I said earlier, dont get a minty 600, I wouldnt even reccommend getting a 600 from all these stories you keep sayin, but IF you do decide to get a 600(which you probably will) then all I have to say is try and get a crunchy older one, because i'm pretty sure this isnt gonna be the last time you go down....
