^^^Knows that a reckless is knowingly endangering ones self and/or others around you. ^^^Needs to make sure the judge knows that you are pursueing a career in stunting(a little BS never hurts), and that you were honing your skills and felt that in no way were you endangering yourself or ANYONE around you. If the judge feels that you knowingly put YOURSELF in danger, the reckless could still stick. I'm sure he'll see from your vid that this isn't something you just randomly do once in a while. Make sure he knows that this is a profession/hobby that you are actively persueing(sp?), not just some random extreme stunt that you've never done before that this cop happened to see.
