I agree with the nuisance, but to moderate that would cause moderation of adult conversations too.
As you said, if you received pm's like that from a 30 yr old you'd be pissed.
Well I can think of several adults that are very vocal, one in particular is very, very, very abrasive. Where do you draw the line. Deal with it.

Everybody here missed it (except for Mandy)...last night in the chat room, that fecies kid comes on and says something like he just peed on his hamster....
Someone pointed out this thread to him and he read all of the comments and thought it was pretty funny apparently.
I can't say much though becuase I was hitting on Mandy and even asked for a pic...
maybe I'll get banned now too...
Or maybe we should have a moderator vote and review some of his posts and messages. Not just verbal stories, but actual lewd proof that this kid isn't mature enough to talk with the adults. Print out everything and send it to his parents with a strong suggestion that he be given "special" treatment.
Either way, if any of the people (18+) spoke to any of the opposite sex like I've heard this kid does...we'd either have charges pressed, be banned, or have a visit at our front door one evening and be asked very politely to knock it off as we're being drug out into the street.
