954 forks on a F4i

I got my fairings for my F4i and ran into some clearence issues with the upper and the clipons. I am going to scrap the 954 master cylinder and fun the stock F4i, that fixes a little bit. But the main problem is that the clipons hit everything since they are about 1.5 inches lower and about .5 inches farther forward.

What is the fix??? I'm am going out on a limb and figure that most go street fighter......but let me know. Don't really want to be rockin street fighter.

I can machine a triple clamp with an adaptor to locate your stock clip ons above the fork leg to return them to the stock location. That would be one way to go.

I'm using a 636 master cyl and an msr raptor clutch lever. They fixed all my clearance issues. It's still a tight fit but it works. I still can't run the air duct covers though. You have to raise the forks in the triples so the front end doesnt sit all stupid high. You can lower it a tad more and run vortex or whatever brand clipons on top of the triple instead of the bottom. You'll probably have a slight issue with the front fender clearance.

Tight...I put my stock F4i master cylinder back on and that fixed quite a bit. I have the raptor clutch lever on my F3 and am still undecided if I like it, so I am going to cut my clutch lever about another 1/2 inch and it will be good. Just need oil and this thing will be ready to rock!!! :YEAH
