if i am on a private road on the bike no registered, but have permission to be there and cops come try to eff with us? i know a construction guy who is gonna let us use his new pavment road that he is building houses on in the future, can he eff with us? and my bike is stunt only not registered.. just curious

You'd have to get permission from the property owner. That would be the investors who own the land that the houses are going to be built on. Good luck gettin it. If you're lucky, you can get the guy who gave you permission to write it out for you. Like on a piece of paper. And you can use that. Just don't be a dick and do burnouts and whatnot on the fresh road. And try not to rip it up if you have a cage. Good luck

 

I used to be in this situation. Yes, the cops can still f*ck with you.

Even though you have verbal permission. You have to get that sh*t in writing.

 

yeah, i will get it in writing eventually this week, but i'm gonna go ride there anyways trailoring the bike, if the cops come what ya think they'd do? tow the bike, arrest us, ticket lol or just tell us to leave. its a hick town.

There are several ways to get ****ed when on private property when operating a motor vehicle.

Wreckless Driving, Hit and Run, and I cant think of the other one atm.

theres still disturbing the peace if there are other houses or any other people around. thats just what the cops got me for last time. but they just made us leave as long as you have a truck to haul your bike.

If it is a road that is public access to a business or something even if you own the property they can still eff with you and write tickets as if you were on a main rd.... at least up here... seen it happen

 

but you can fight tht eshit out of it in court.

im right near taunton and worchester is like a 45 min ride...not that bad if the riding is good....or atleast its a chance to meet more local riders
