I ordered from insanevideos.com 5 dvds from 31/Aug ,but till today I didn’t receive it!!

I try many time to talk with the owner of this site but all what he say is “we send it to the US Customs in 23/9�

and everyday i have to go to the post office which is really making me suffer because my bike is being fixed and i dont have other transport, so everyday i have to find a ride to go to the post office to check for the dvd's and they never arrived!! I am here waiting and wasting my money

at the end isay dont tell me the mistake from my country yeasterday iwas on our custom they say nothing register from insanevideos !!!! any thing comes from out site they register it

 

they should be able to supply you with a tracking#
all my packages are tracked i would assume there's having tracking also.

 

THEY DONT GIVE ME NOTHING !!!!

ithink if the super man alive maybe he can help me !!!

how did u pay them if its paypal tell paypal and tell put the money back in to your acct. something with your cc good luck man

 

Hey dood, I'm a postal worker.

Lemme give u some tips.

one, don't worry about goin to the postoffice everyday. You will be notified when they come, and they should be brought to ur house, if ur not home, they'll leave u a notice.

#2 all packages that go thru customs have a barcoded customs form attached, But they cannot be track'd like a domestic package.

and #3 **** can sit in customs for a couple weeks. I've had customers come to my window and tell me that a package took a month and a half to get to its destination.

Customs are dicks, they can pretty much let **** sit as long as they want

I bought a poster from ebay and it took 5 weeks to get here..Customs is brutal man..I also got an exhaust for my bike and it took 7 weeks..if you are in canada just keep the US commercials you can buy stuff on in mind..allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. As for going to the post office..why dont you just call them? and like the other guy said they will send you a notice in the mail.

dude i got stuff from them no problem. It's gotta be the border issues. I ordered some stuff from Canada one time and it took over 12 weeks to get to me. I had already complained to the company and got a refund and then a few weeks later my stuff showed up. I felt kinda bad..... But of course having gotten my stuff for free made me get over it quick..
