Let me began by saying I support and respect everyone involved in the events at the Horse park. I have never been put in the situation that I was put in at this much unorganized event.
So let me say it now for all you involved I truly am sorry for any wrong doings that was pressed upon you. The bad begins when a Atlanta Stunt Junkie team member filed a suit against our sponsor Harley Davidson of Atlanta. The Letter reads like this…..

Dear Mr. Houghton
Please be advised that the undersigned and this firm have been retained by Drew Mullinax
To represent him in connection with his injuries he sustained on April 29, 2004, while
Practicing motorcycle stunt riding on the site of Industrial Developments International which was organized by your organization “Illegal Conduct�

Basically what it boils down to Drew was looking for Harley (insurance company) to pay his medical bills. The wrong of this is we were not there nor did we give Drew the ok to be there. Second the property doesn’t belong to us or Harley.

Ok now hopefully you can understand my sponsors feeling toward Mr. Mullinax

Ok back to the Horse Park,, upon setting up Sat. everyone with Thomas shows up
along with Mr. Mullinax. I greet everyone as I always do and then discuss our game plan.
We all agree that we’ll take turns inside the barrier fence with our performances.
Upon this agreement I notify our sponsor of the events. From Mr. Chris Houghton
Says Quote�Do not perform any where Mr. Mullinax is present�… So I proceed to the
Horse parks officials and let them know we are leaving…. The officials insisted we perform
And they would make separate accommodations for the other teams.. I return to the now
Very aggravated teams who are wondering why we can’t just ride….

After speaking with Kevin from ASJ we agree to move the barrier into two sections.
As we began to move the barrier everyone who has been waiting to ride begins to ride.
This seamed unfair to the rest of our team…….

I return once more to the promoter and ask for a remedy.. He concludes Illconduct ride Sat and the remaining ride Sunday. I return with the verdict to Thomas. He seamed aggravated
And I was to, but we agreed to go with that plan…Note: All day Sat Illconduct spotted the air ways with the performances from the other teams coming Sunday.

Ok this is where I had to do a little digging to figure out what the hell happened Sunday..
Saturday Police chief of Conyers ask for ours and the other teams insurance. We produced
Records and then he proceeded to Thomas’s group. I don’t know who he talked to but someone in the group informed him they had no insurance.. Let me stop there and let everyone know the promoter did not ask for insurance from us or the other teams nor did
We maliciously inform the chief of such..

Sunday Morning.. I receive a call from Kevin asking why they can’t ride… Then I get reports of Threats from Jacob of Geared up. I not sure this is true but for the sake of keeping the peace I ask Conyers police department to help keep the peace…

Well from here it gets really ugly the police don’t just keep the peace they kick them out
totally for not having proof of insurance and making threats. I did not agree with this and I did let them know I called for NO action just support.

Sunday we get to the Horse Park to pick up our trailer we had left the previous night
And learn of the polices actions. First thing Me and my team mate JD approach the promoter, who is as lost as us in the matter.. We argue with them that it was not fair for
the other teams to drive out all that way and not get paid.. They agree and send the very
Angry at this point teams their check..

Of course the story doesn’t end there, everyone from Atlanta Stunt Junkies,DV8,Geared up
And east coast stunters think we are the reason for their removal. Let me here again remind everyone we are promoters of stunt riding and did not intend this to happen. I my self have offered a place to stay for Thomas, Geared up and any team staying in Atlanta. I do not
Have a hand in these matters. We are willing to drop the drama and get on with the year.

I can’t express my apologies enough.. I hate what happen happened. I am willing to drop
All charges of assault that are pending on Isaac Aaron Brunelle of Geared up after he foolingly approached me wearing a wig a fake mustache and sunglasses and attacking me on camera. Which thanks to a good friend; I have on film as well. Aaron if you reading this maybe you can understand I think you and your team are awesome players of the game. LETS LET THIS REST. I wish nothing more than for this sport to grow and do so with no bad feeling toward anyone involved in this incident.

He's straight up saying that he hated on the Atlanta Stunt Junkies,East Coast Stunters, Geared Up, and called the police and got us kicked out!!!!!!!! There was never any threats made toward the Ill Conduct stunt team BEFORE we got the boot!!!!
harley Davidson prodally paid the promoter to kick us out because they didnt want to look bad!!!!!! Ill Conduct are a bunch of fukin sell outs that lost the idea about what this sport is all about!!!!!!!!! They told us the day this all went down that they had no part in us not riding and getting kicked out!!!!
But this ***** just said that he called the cops on us!!!!!!!!!!WHAT THE ***???

As far as what I said!!! I recieved a phone call being told that people were being thrown out of the park...
I was still at my house getting a shower, not even thinking about the park or what had gone on the day earlier, because to be totally honest i had no fkin idea who said what about what, it had nothing to do with me i just do what i do when im needed to do it..
I was asked what was going on and i said i have no idea and then i was told that they would handle everything when we got there.. If you take that as a threat then go ahead but that is what I said..

I dont play nobody i cant ride like none of yall so i just do what i can do for anyone, i help promote all of yall and cant nobody say that i dont..
All i ask is that everyone keeps me the fck out of this, it aint got **** to do with me....

Who told Dan "If yall show up, there will be beef?" Because I was right there the whole time that the phone calls were made and I never heard anybody say anything like that!!!!

 

I never said anything about threats.. I told Wayne "I got a call and everyone had got thrown out i guess and was told we can handle it when we get out there" IS THAT A THREAT????? And we were not asked to leave before you called the cops!!!After they said that we couldn't ride, yall called about 10 minutes after!!!!! Like yall had already knew or something!!!! Then yall called again and maybe 10 minutes later is when we got harassed by police for no reason!!!

 

??????Another Question??????? If we decided saturday that yall would ride that day and we would come back the next day, why would you leave your trailer????? We shouldn't have even heard from yall on sunday!!!
