i have been riding my sponsor's new honda 1000rr around . i love it. i am going to talk him into giving it to me !!!!!!

well i have tried ti idol it up several times but it only goes to 3,000 rpm

i need it at about 4,500 rpm . dose anyone else have this problem or is it just that his bike ?

 

I know on 929 and 954 you can take the idle cord off a 900 and replace the idle set screw on the front side of the throttle bodies. I'm not sure if its the same on the 1000.
