What's the best deal you guys have heard going on the 04's?? lemme know.. Couple places here in chicago are saying 10,300-10,500??

 

backin the day i worked at a dealership for 2 years in sales, so....and i also bought and have a '04 gsxr1000 the magic number with california sales tax which is 7.75% is = $9900 OUT THE DOOR, and thats $150 over cost, $50 for the dealer to pay the dude to p.d.i. the bike, and $100 profit to them. remember cali tax is different than yours so... And cost never never goes up in it only goes down through out the year with dealer kick backs and suzuki dealer incentives.

I just had a friend here in town buy a clean *** 02' 954RR with lots of mods. He paid $6,200. Why go get a brand new bike when you can get a steal like that?

theres a place in pa they sell them for 9200 plus tax sitting on the show room floor with the price right on them. a dealer that put the price on the bike say to me we dont care who you are you all get the same price. dealers that dont it seem like will talk to you for a minute and size you up and see how much we can get out of you.

 

My buddy just picked one up from a dealer in St. Louey for 9000 out the door. 1200 cheaper than around here.

take a lil drive out of state like to organ my partner paid 9500.00 out the door only catch is you got to wait 90days to register in cali but he did it and one other person i know did the same.... there are many deals on used bikes out there but nothing will ever replace my 03gixer1k, nice choice i know your getting a 04 but as far as i know only the paint has changed also someone here has posted some pics of the 05 might want to wait a lil to check that one out. jus like when the o3 came out peeps where hating on the new front end the 05 gots some changes that will be debatable but from what ive seen so far i like it.

when the 03' came out i got quoted 10,000 flat walk out the door in both new orleans and pensacola

 

I know if I was able to get one that from the sounds of it I definitely wouldn't be going over 10 tops I wanna hear some local dealers that are in the 9g range... That would be sweet

 

I believe the dealership that he got it from was chesterfeild valley powersports.

 

They cant sell them up here in Canada, so they are getting rid of brand new 04's for $10 400 CANADIAN...

It may be fair, but you can get em for a lot cheaper if you wanna drive a ways. It's the same bike no matter where it came from.
