your own garage where the welder is right by the metal poles that you look at everyday

Dude, hit up Jeff. jrirwin@inlandtruss.com(screen name gsxr7502001)on here... MXD cages, I dont have pics cause my boy is bullshiting with the pics... But the cage is hotness..

man, i've got the 905 and i think it's about 3/4 in. tubing....the stuff is thick and you would need a pipe bender to make the cage the same way as the one i have is, but you could do a simpler design that would hold up just as well with straight pipe and a pipe notcher thingy....

The MXD cages are made of pipe which is 1 inch diameter on the inside, and 1/8 inch thick. Holds up good. If you're going to build your own, it takes about 9 feet of pipe and some of the big half inch washers.

No matter what cage you go with, DO NOT expect them to make your bike bulletproof.
I made that mistake with the first cage i bought for my gixxer
