***** What!

OK so we have all seen the MTV show, and I admit I was quite impressed as to how cleverly the mtv dudes edited the show. what they failed to tell was the other 75% of the story. But whatever.
Thank you to all of my friends who understand who I am and what Im all about. As for the rest of the people out there who feel they need to pass judgement against me because they dont like the character MTV made out of my image... dont bother to watch the re runs...
As far as the whole mom and pop sponsorship thing... I owned a bike shop for 6 years and will be the first to tell anyone if you take from a small shop and compete at a national or international level your are ripping them off. Its good if you do alot of local shows. MTV failed to put that in there though---
But Whatever.

Burns Day was good. Alot of people are wondering why I went and why not them, Some people are under the assumption I have tons of money and just decided to pay my way in.
Not the case , I was invited to compete and do a show because of my accomplishments in the past and what I got going on right now. Aside from the fact it took 6 months to set up. OH yeah I did work at a wearhouse driving a forklift and cuttin up boxes to make enough dough to get across the pond and major help from Drew Stone. Look for the exclusive story in Super Streetbike Mag in the fall.

Lastly, I have NEVER claimed to be a pioner of this sport. I just do me, ALOT, and get hated for it but thats cool , its the fuel that has kept me going so long. I can definatly say I HAVE innovated a lot of tricks, right hand circles, tandem circles, figure 8"s, Hand brake tricks like no throttle hand flamangos, seat standers etc...
I am NOT going to sit here and say how great I am, BUT I HAVE been in the game long enough to say if anyone is going to step to me on my riding ability make sure you come after me with some game not some **** about me throwing a t shirt in the crowd that never made it.

Love me or hate me-- I aint going away-- so Ill see you when I see you!!!
And please make sure all of you haters Introduce yourselves to me the next time Im in your hood.

Peace out ---

Re: ***** What!

Yo, this last week on here reminds me of a mosh pit. The hardcore get in the middle and take the beating and whatever comes their way, while the cowards set up around the edges taking cheap shots and then blend into the crowd. MTV should have put a rating on the show, looks like some people are too young to realize the characters were created. Tony, take it for what it's worth: You're proud of your name and what you've done, while others believe in themselves so little, they have to hide behind a screen name. I read something many years ago: If you have thin skin, stay out of the limelight. To avoid the criticism all you have to do is say nothing, do nothing and most importantly, be nothing. Spectators and critics live in a safe environment.

For everyone making horrible statements these last few days, you should be proud that you were put on the planet and are making a positive impact on others.

Re: ***** What!

Well put Tony. Everyone should know that these reality shows are not reality. People like MTV put whatever spin they want to add the drama, that in their minds sells.

Re: ***** What!

I am just wondering about one thing... I know MTV played on it hard, but is the beef between you and Kyle that bad??

If its something you don't want to talk about... then don't (somethings are best left unsaid), I am just curious...?

Re: ***** What!

Stunters are type-A personalities. Period. Why do you think groups have such a hard time staying together? If you had a pack of dogs and they were all alpha males, I'm sure you'd see some fighting going on now and then. MTV capitalized on an opportunity to CREATE a storyline that would be optimum for ratings.
Damn, it was a good show.....Wasn't it?
Ratings were through the roof!!!!

Take this site for example. When is there the most traffic? When there is mad drama. Site traffic this last week has been crazy. Think MTV is new to this? Look at every pre-view for reality shows. It's people beefing and bitching and complaining.

This sums it up right there. If people cut out the B.S. and stuck with eachother, the power that comes from that unity will be incredible. We need strong fellowship so we can work together to make this a better sport. We all know it is growing, and through our individual contributions, no matter how small, make a huge impact....

Always remember what Diddidy said in the vid at the end......

Re: ***** What!

There's absolutely no point even talking about the MTV program because this was always going to happen. Stunters ride bikes, that's what they do. They're not TV personalities, film stars or anything else. The reason why these people get paid to be on TV and in films is because it's bloody hard to do properly, and also incredibly bloody hard to not look like a complete dick

Add that to the fact MTV don't give a **** about anyone who stunts or anyone who appeares in any of their 'real life' programs (as we all know ratings is the one and only concern) it's not surprising the people who apeared in the program don't recognise themselves, never mind people who don't know them getting the wrong impression of who they are

Hmm, Merk's already pointed out that a pioneer and an innovator are the same thing, but it can't go unsaid that all of those tricks have been around for quite some time now and were definitely 'innovated' by riders who live a few thousand miles away from the US in the last century

And if telling the truth makes me a hater then so be it, but being honest is the only way I know how to be
