i've got about 15k on my 900rr an about 20k on my f3 my boy had a old f2 an got about 105 out of the orignal motor guess you cant beat a honda

 

lol.. no joke.. Gixxers will not last once you start doing slow stuff heavily. It really depends on your riding style how long they last. I found they last alot longer if you run your idle at 2k rpms and get better with your brake control rather than setting it at 4 and lugging it all the time. They just do not get oil when balanced. Oil pickups solve the problem.

 

A buddy of mine had over 120,000 kms on his 2000 TL1000R.....

 

I've put 8,500 on my 03 GIXXER Thou I bought with 0 miles in march. Change the oil every 800. Extended pickup also for slow stuff

 

32k on a 2000 yamaha r6..oh its JUNK

 

03 gsxr1000, bought new june 26 03, have 8k now with 4 months of down time(winter).

 

20k+ i dunno i haven't run gauges for most of the summer '01 gixxer 600

 

i got 19k on my r6 runs great

yep....i met a guy who ran an xr400 in the baja 1000....he wrecked and cracked his case early on and ran the rest of the 800 miles with no oil

 

my buddy vinnie has a 01 929 with almost 90k on it! beat to **** ratted out stunt bike , never washed , just ****ed up but it runs .
