I Just Did One Last Night. The Piece That You Have Is Called The Stator Rotor, And The Threads That Your Pointing At Are For A Rotor Removal Tool. It Screws In The Center And Pushs Off The Flange Behind The Rotor To Free It From The Crankshaft.
