Re: pocket bikes

check out www.pocketbikeplanet.com

in the cag forum cuz that's prolly what you got.

port and polish the carb, modify the reed block and take the packing out of the pipe and insert a 5 and a 1/4 inch piece of like alum broom handle for a straight pipe.

if you want we can modify our carb we have here, send you some pipe, and modify a reed block we have here, send us your stuff as a core. We'll modify the needle, and even send you a modified plug with the proper gap,

time and materials $100 including shipping

new carb $60
reed block $40
plug $5

we aren't raping anyone just trying to get people into the sport for a cheap but very effective cost.

we did the above mods on my buddies bike and one went from 25 mph to 33 mph, with a 165 lb rider

the other went from 24 mph to 32 but with a 225 lb rider.

the torque and throttle response is great, you'll notice it right off the bat.

if you want I can give you a detailed diagram on how to get your carb off and the reed block, all you need is well to make it easy take the rear wheel off, a phillips screw driver to remove the airbox or what ever you used to put it on, then you need a 4 mm allen wrench to get the carb off and for the reed block, since you'll be shipping the carb to me you'll have to plug your gas line in your bike to you don't lose the gas.for the reed block you'll need to have a fairly wide blade standard driver and carefully pop the reed block away from the block.

after you get all this back on the bike run 50:1 ratio synthetic oil with 93(or above)octane gas.

Re: pocket bikes

They have some pimp-*** little pocket bikes on e-bay. They have a little 49cc 50 mph (claimed) bike right now with 3 days left, and it's at 10.00 dollars. Hmmm....a little stunt toy I might have to get myself here...

Not the ten dollar one though, for some reason I don't trust it.
