Sad story, he was hurt real bad, I couldn't imagine. Just wish he hadn't taken his own life. This is one example of why you should wear your gear AT ALL TIMES

The only reason I think it is sad is that the guy bitched out on his kid.

 

i'm sorry for his family.... but that's it.... i feel no pain or sympathy for him.... suicide is THE only unforgivable sin in my opinion.... i had a really good friend take his life several years ago after a bad race track accident that put him in a wheel chair parilized with minimal use of his arms.... i won't share the details, but the suicide was unfogivable.... i still talk to his family regularly....

 

Thats sick! I can't imagine what it would be like to have your world crumble around you like that.
I gotta say, taking your own life is a cowardly way to die after all he had been through.
ESPECIALLY when he has people who love him and will care for him.
I sure hope his kid is tough enough to handle it.

Damn, that happened right here where I live. I actually had to divert around the freeway a few months ago or so when this happened, and I got pissed. If I had known why, I would have been praying instead. I mean damn, I've ridden on the same ramp he got hit on. Well, I think it's a goddamn shame he killed himself, but I don't judge him being as how I've had the urge before (most if not all of us have), and I'm not in his shoes, so I don't know what he was feeling/thinking. It's a tragedy he left his son behind as well. Basically, this is a lose/lose situation, and I feel nothing but sorrow over the whole thing.
