Yo, 1st off this isn't Bob (wangsta6). I am Dave87 and for sum reason my password is no longer valid so i have to create a new name,but i have a question for time being. What do you guys think about using a 919 for a stunt bike.the subframe looks very very weak but other than that i think it would be good. it has a 900RR fuel injected motor (im pretty sure). My dad does alot with insurance bikes and stuff and we got one in and i was thinking of keeping it. it is an 02 that runs but needs a stator cover and a radiator to stunt.bout 6200 miles.cosmetic damage should cost around 2g's not sure yet though cuz the paperwork didn't clear. thanx in advance ~ Dave87

 

yeah the 919s are garbage, get a 929 instead.

 

919's garbage? i dont think i understand if u say its a 2002 then its a 929
but the 919 motor went in the 96-99 900rr motor. but the 900rr with a 919cc motor ROCKS just like everyone says the 900 kicks major asssssssss

dont know a whole lot about them just that the motor dose not turn quite as many RPMS as the 919 carb bikes in the 900RR. Looks like the same motor as in the 900RR mabe the cams are diff. I thought about pickin one of these up wrecked and putting the motor in my 900RR with the FI that would be . Too dam Expensive right now I look more into it. Sorry i was no help at all.

 

big T from D-Unit put a 919 motor in his 900rr and said that the **** if ****in awesome and im pretty sure he said the only major mod was he had to make an airbox and even though the motor is mounted differently in the 919 it has the mounts for the RR they just need to be drilled....but as for just stuntin the 919 GA-BAGE

Hey I've been looking for one of these motors for my 900. Is the fuel pump in the tank like on the 929 954 or do they have an inline fuel pump. just wondering if I'm gonna have to cut the bottom of my tank out. Oh ya and did all the sensors work or did U have to pull the ones out of your 900 give me the scoop.
