96 kawasaki 125 street legal?

My brother wrecked his 03 gsxR 600 , I'm considering buying a 96 kawasaki 125 from a friend what do I have to do to make it street legal?

and it has to have a power source so you'll need an upgraded alternator. at least in indiana...cause i know you can't get away with just throwing a battery in there and not having the bike power it.

also check state/local emissions laws too....it might not be legal through that.

i'll tell ya right now, it's more fun hitting jumps with those bastards though :YEAH

You don't need to have turn signals because you can use hand signals.

we've done some 250's in virginia . pretty easy but will cost some loot to get a lighting coil. contact "baja designs" i think they make some self contained power sources now. i would highly recommend a 250 or a four stroke. a 125 will be screaming for mercy!

which means you'll have to replace the top end all the time. on my race bike every 2 weeks, practice bike every month. on a bike that hits the highway beating it to death like at least every 2 weeks. and if you run out of gas...haha, have fun finding a 2 stroke fill station.
