I am just curious, but when I was younger, LVX was a NASTY vid when it first came out. I was only like 16 or 17, but I loved it. and I have met him a few times here in daytona. He has always been cool to me, told me he liked my riding style, gave me free vids, and stickers and posters and was straight up as can be!!!! I knew that he even lived in daytona for a while, and was just a duck like everyone else. couldnt wheely or anything. but we all started out somewhere.

I see here that not alot of people are down with him anymore, but what did he do to you personally? I am not tryin to kiss his *** or anything, just kinda curious, thats all

 

I heard pauly has been a real a-hole at certain times, but I wouldent know, because I have never met him, but the LVX vids are pretty sweet

people are ignorant and tend to go with the flow so im geussing that accounts for 80% of the pauly hate... the other 20% have their reasons... who knows.

hes always been a kewl guy to me, dont have a bad thing to say about it. Im not licking his ***** or anything just saying hes always been super kewl to me and has actually proven to be my best stunt riding sponsor. hes given me so many parts its re-god-damn-diculous. hell he even gave me my fricken coffee table at my house.. haha..

anyways ill let the rest of the stunt community tell you their opinions!

i've never met him but there have been large numbers of witnesses that heard him i think at the chicago or maybe the michigan show when he went off on someone for asking for an autograph. i don't know that's just kinda stupid to me.....not a personal experience.

He makes his money and that's cool, but stunt riding, i think he's a little too old school and not keeping up with the times. He talks a lot of trash about people's riding style when he can't do half the stuff that some of the not known guys on this board can do, let alone the stuff that some of the real stuntriders out there. also he kinda sold out with all that LVX **** videos he was selling, ya, nice to make money but it's not stunt riding.

and ya, he has the knack knack on lock.....only does it like 400 times in each video.

Just sorta curious how you came up with those ones considering he's got slow **** like anybody, has watchtowers that would hurt your feelings (doesn't crash them, they're very stable, and he can steer them around), and is working on circles

I am one of the 20% who has had a bad experience with Pauly.. I am acctually still contracted under the LVX name.. Sucks for me because I can't do work with other teams till I am done. I have noticed that Pauly focuses on making money and will do WHATEVER it takes to do so. If it means hurting your feelings in the process he does not care. Thats why alot of people see him as a dick. I personally have a disrespect problem with Pauly. I dont hate the guy..just dont really want to be associated with him.
I think if he started making his way back into the stunt scene as a stunter and a good ole boy like the rest of us people would change thier tune. It just might take a long time for people to warm back up.. And I am sure the are those who never will.

From what I know he has f-d over his buddies (D-mann and Offer) a few years back... wanted to take LVX a different route than the others wanted or something, and wanted a bigger "cut of the pie" profits wise, then there was the whole thing of who thought up "LVX" in the 1st place and all that other crap.
Offer supposedly quit riding for a while cuz Pauly f-d him over that bad, sold his pocketbike, etc...
There was a post about it from D-mann himself on this website, but I don't know where it went, maby it got deleated

I haven't met him yet, and I won't judge till I do...

yea he kinda got left behind when the sport moved forward, and he must of missed the bus. He good at what he can do but he dosn't do it all. You must always be learn new to stay on top. Just the style he like that cool, we all do what we like, not everyone want to do parkin lot stunts.

 

i agree we rode with him at bike week this year and my man couldnt even 12,dont get me wrong he was tryin and was gettin some good ones but he crashed more than he landed,........and watchtowers?.........not to mention steering watchtowers?.......yeah right, maybe with a ladder and a 4 foot wide plate on his bar.
