my friendz older bro who rides a 900rr said u have to keep ur bike exactly like off of shworoom floor like blinkers,exhaust,etc... but is a cage, a 12 bar, motocross style handlebar setup, gearing change legal. like can they give u any tickets for it???if u leave on the blinkers, lights, mirrors, and motor stock(except gearing), etc..

and is at all possible to change a bike's twist throttle to a thumb throttle like on a quad, cause that is something i would deffinately do when i get my bike, since im so used to it already

like would all of this pass nyc inspection cuz if i ever do get pulled over when i get my bike i dont want it to be for any of this about blinkers n ****.

dunno bout nyc... but in wyoming you dont have to have blinkers or mirrors...... or exhaust i dont think...... or a lot of ****..
i guess wyoming's just weird.. im pretty sure you dont have to have blinkers tho, cuz hand signals are the same thing

 

dont need blinkers in IL, you need at least 1 mirror though

actually.... its not.. 50,000 people where i live.... maybe 30-40 sportbikes, no where to ride... no one stunts, until i start and if ur bike is unique in any way (i.e. aftermarket windshield) youre immediately guilty if the cops saw you earlier doin somethin
