Re: gsxr_ajr's new gearing

hey dont worry about it....it slowed my **** way down and the engine brake almost throws me off the front but i love it....true story

I've learned good throttle control and can jump on a stock 600 or 750 and rock the **** out of it...another true story

does it slow it down when you bring the front up or while you're rollin before the front comes up?

Re: gsxr_ajr's new gearing

im -1 + 20 (63 tooth) and thinking of going up to a +27 (70). Simply for engine brake & being able to clutch out of seat standers, tank spreaders & high chairs (I know merk isn't that big & still does it, but im not super merk!). You gotta be smooth on the throttle with gears that big or its gonna toss you off like a bronco.

im 1 down 10 up on f4i, and can clutch down spreaders, and seat standers, havent went for the highchair yet, but i know it will do it....

i dont think 2 down 10 up is comparible to a 1 down and the 27 up on 929...
just my .02....

Cuz its a 600.;... 600 rev's higher... doesn't need as much gearing as a litre bike
