Aight... Check this out though.... Monday night I take her out and I get on the highway and immediately balance out a nice looong wheelie. I set her down for a minute then pick her back up for one more before I have to exit. As I'm riding the second one I pass an SUV riding slow... Trying to enjoy the show I figure. Well after I set that one down the SUV speeds up and pulls beside me. I look over expecting a "thumbs up". instead I see a badge.


"Oh... Hello Officer. You prolly want me to cut that out huh?"


He's got this look on his face that lets me know he ain't no rider. I make the "OK... OK.... I'll quit." gesture. He's on my left so I take the next exit to fast for him to follow... and I take my azz home.

Pfft! don't I know it! I hate those bastards. One of my Double R memebers is a Dallas Sherrif... and he speeds like a maniac. One day we were out riding and we're cruising along at about a buck 40.... right pass a cop. He signals for us to go on ahead and he pulls over... We wait for him at the next exit and we see him pass by doing wheelies next to the cruiser with the cops in the car cheering him on.

They woulda knocked me off my bike and smashed my face against the exhaust for that sh-t.

 

it figures that right after I posted about how hardcore the TX cops are that I would go out and ride. Of course I got pulled over about 30 minutes ago by none other than a motorcycle cop. I was only going 44 in a 30 but he still gave me a ticket. At least he was cool about it and did not ticket me for my expired registration and not having the correct proof of insurance and all of that BS. Karma sucks a fat one. That's just my two cents.

there seems to be a lot of cops around here to....i dont know why :?

 

i've had over 40 citations and went to jail 6 times in the last 3 years....texas cops....ick. try living in a sh$tty college town where there are 4 separate forces to 15,000 people it takes 3-5 cop cars when i get pulled over....still hadn't figured out why...damn rednecks....I FEEL THE PAIN!!!

 

all i can say is ftp and run cause cops lie!!

 

oh yeah.....if i violate my probation (new law in sept. 2003) class b misdem. driving while liscence invalid...i will do 90 days in jail....next time they have the option of sending me to the pen. if i violate more "texas laws" all for stupid tickets...so guys...roll safe while you still can....do put yourself in my shoes...i can barely afford to keep my bike running. while i was in court, two different guys got off easier than i did with possesion of illegal drugs charges

 

the way we rationalize it, is, "it is inevitable that we will go to jail" so run if you can without hurting yourself or anyone else...

 

NYC is crawling with 'em too. Luckily 95% of them don't give a ****.

 

**** houston tx !!!! jump on my bike first turn went to galveston COPS allllllll the way went to a stunt spot few guys did there thing cops block road off pulled 40 of us over 1 on 1 started writeing "driving coupons"as the dick called them! im on 7 tickets in 7 months damm!

night before last i got pulled over twice...first time the cop pulled to a stop sign from a residential street and i stood up a wheelie by him...he pulled up behind me at a light and just sat there for a min before flipping the lights on...got a ticket for "unsafe speed" later that night i saw a blue crown vic with no lights, extra antennas and looked like some old *** people taking a drive...so pulled one up, no good, pulled another up, decent but swerved into next lane, and then pulled up the perfect one and rode it close to the red light, the blue crown vic pulled up next to me and said pull over there i already got your plate number dont run...no old people just some "specialty officers" (i.e. detectives or something) and they called my home phone at one in the morn...my folks are PISSED

 

tons of cops around here but none seem to want to mess with bikes. ive passed cops doin double the limit and they dont even bother. did a wheelie right behind a state tropper the other day too (he was 2 cars ahead of me) he prolly didnt see it but still.. lol
