I just got my fork seals replaced on my bike and would someone be able to help explain how to set up the spring preload adjuster, the rebound damping force adjuster, and the compression damping force adjuster? I have a 97 zx6r and this is the seccond time i ve replaced them. I had them set at what the owners manual says and I blew them the first day. I did nt know if I should take it easy on them for a couple weeks before to break them in before I start to giver hell again! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!
