How bad is 2 down for street riding

I'm -1 right now and don't feel like messing with my chain. How bad is -2 for street riding? I've heard -1 is bad enough because of the extra bend it puts into the chain.

From an engineering standpoint, if you want your chain to last forever, dont run less than a 15. Whats more important, your chain or your wheelies?

I'll be -1+5 here in a couple of days. A couple of guys I talked to said even with this setup I should still be able to hang with everyone else on the highway easy. I'll let you know what happens, unless I'm dead, then I can't tell you anything.
