Question Best placement for fairings/12 bar (98 CBR900)

What's the best way to have your fairings placed once you've put on the 12 bar (98 CBR900)? If anyone has pics, shoot'em to me. Tryin to keep the bike looking as clean as possible, or atleast until I dump it. Preciate It

You would normally just remove the entire middle section that holds the tail light and seat lock. This way you can place your foot in the bar as well. The two side pieces fit perfectly over the 12 bar. You may have to slightly modify the bar(drill holes for the fairing bracket), buy a 1/2 inch longer bolt for the bracket, & sand down the fairing bracket to make it go completely flush against the 12 bar. I will post pics of my 97' RR tomorrow one I put the plastics back on it.
