i really need to get a new chain now things r getting messy first i decided to wait for the sprockets then get a chain but its gona take a couple of weeks to reach me so my question is if i get a long chain then i shorten it to fit my stock sprockets then after i get my sprocket will it be ok to open the chain and add some links and fit it again, is there any downsides to this?like a sudden snap or sumthin?
