SVeer, how many times do I have to tell you, call us up and we'll take care that beetch for yah. Theis is awesome at punchin' tanks in. I did my 900RR this winter with a rubber dead-blow hammer and a 4lb steel hammer. Turned out like that pic 3 posts ago (well not that bad ) If they leak no big deal, that's what gas tank repair $hit is for and if they leak around the cap, a washer under each screw usually does the trick for that to suck it tighter.

Hit me up. Your comin' up for Midwest Bike Fest this summer right?
We'll get Teddy to start and that'll be plenty of entertainment for everyone

Here's the only pic I could find of my scooter standing still with somewhat of a view of the tank?

Yo....its all about a thick phone book and a 8 lbs. sledge. Dent it a little at a time. Dont go for it all at once. Take your time and it will turn out nice.

Hammers? 2x4's? Seriously? Just sit on the tank and do a couple crossed up stoppies and do it right. Even if you can't do a crossed up stoppie, when your weight drops on that tank a couple times from a few feet up, you'll dent it, trust me. And it will be perfectly ***-shaped, since that's what you dented it with. Then again, I weigh 210Lbs, which probably helps...but even Standy, who weighs about 17 lbs wet and wearing boots dented his in like this. Maybe it's jsut me, but denting your tank with a hammer is like a roadracer scraping his knee pucks against the sidewalk by hand..
