Power Bike Worx Cage Review

WONDERING IF ANYBODY ELSE HAS ONE OF THESE CAGES ??

http://www.powersbikeworx.com/index2.html

PICTURE OF ONE MOUNTED TO A GSXR LIKE I HAVE

LINK TO SOME OF THE CAGES THEY CARRY FOR OTHER BIKES

IF YOU HAVE ONE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK SO FAR.
AND IF IT HAS BROKE ANYTHING ??

I JUST ORDERED MINE TODAY AND WANTED SOME FEEDBACK ON IT BEFORE I GOT IT.
IT IS $195.00 RETAIL FOR THE CAGE
AND $85.00 RETAIL FOR THE 12 BAR

I THOUGHT THIS WAS A REALLY GOOD PRICE AND I LIKED THE LOOKS OF IT WAY BETTER THAN ALL THE OTHER CAGES I'VE SEEN SO FAR ON THE MARKET. I'M NOT STARTING ANOTHER CAGE WAR ON WHOS THE BEST OR ANYTHING ,,,
I JUST WANT SOME FEEDBACK ON WHAT YOU GUYS THINK OF IT IF YOU HAVE ONE. AND IF YOU DONT HAVE ONE WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE LOOK FOR THIS ONE.

THANKS

JAY

The bike you have a picture of above took a 70 mph spill into a barrel roll at Stuntwars doing a stoppie. It went into a tank slapper, threw him over the bars, came down on it's side and then the bike barrell rolled. We picked the bike up, it bent the exhaust in a little, put a dent in the tank, and cracked the front fairing. Other than that it was fine. No broken levers, clip ons or footpegs. Rode it immediatly again! Cosmetic damage, but really nothing more. If that bike had crashed without the cage, everyone that was there agreed it would have went home on a trailer!!!

Powers cages are good stuff! If you need more info. Hit me up!

I have this cage on an 03 GSXR 600 I have dropped it from 12's a couple of times and it has fallen during a stoppie or two and I have had no problems with it havent broke anything it is worth the money but it did take awhile to come in the mail, I think they were having trouble with the powdercoater at the time so you might not have that problem... Strong cage A+++ in my book

Re: Power Bike Worx Cage Review

thanks guys for the feedback ?

i would like to know more about the guy who commented on it hitting his shins.
but other than that...it sounds like a great cage !
cant wait to install it.
oh yeah.... i talked to sue about them making one for a 954 and she said it will be real soon. as soon as the guy comes down to their shop so they can put a design together.

real nice people to deal with over the phone too.

Re: Power Bike Worx Cage Review

no the cage wont scrape on the twisties. the guy who designed them is a roadracer and thought of that. it is a very strong cage and looks good too. the slider pucks are replaceable. i saw the bike in the pic. go down, i was right behind him about to stoppie myself. it was vilolent!!!!! you do bump your shins at red lights and holding the bike up with your feet down. i'm putting foam around mine to make it allittle better, but i always wear shin guards too.
