I have a Gixxah 600 right now but I'd like to get a naked SV650 purely for ****ing around on (2000 dollars or less). What's the best time of year to pick one of these up cheap.

I'm thinking mid summer might be good because people want to step up to bigger bikes before the season is over..

3 months ago when the season was over and dealers were offering next-to-nothing on trade-ins. Now that riding season is here you will have to compete on buying price with dealers and other potential buyers.

 

your pretty much screwed for cheap bikes the if you want it cheep go with a wrecked one or wait till winter again
