ok heres the deal, like last week i got a ticket for driving while license suspended on a fourwheeler. The cop was like 5 or so blocks down theroad and we had just coasted down this big hill and he stopped us and said i was gettin a ticket for "driving while license suspended" does anyone know where i can look this up, like restrictions and stuff

 

umm, you dont need a license to drive a quad. he should have ticketed you for off highway vehicle on a public road. might be able to get out of it because of that.

just get a lawyer. thats how i've gotten out of over 40+ points on my licence.

 

Ive never needed a lawyer to get out of my tickets. Just go in dressed nice and know what your talking about, have a good argument, also, the cop might not show. Dont be cocky, just make a lil plan for yourself before you go. You could also call for legal advice about a ticket like the one you got, sounds like and like what the last guy said, dont stop! your underage, i dont know what its like near you, but here down south if ur underage and need legal help its either free or really close to that. just do like the other guy said and dress nice and dont be cocky!!!!

Yeah, run from a cop on a quad, then you get a nice felony evasion on top of the other ticket. Sounds like a plan...

 

If your on a public road, on a motorized vehicle, you must have a license. If you had a license, he would have given you a ticket for driving a untagged vehicle, non registered vehicle, and a couple other possibilities. but I tell you what, having points on your license before you even turn 16, and get one, is a really big deal, I mean really big deal...
