So i did a standup wheelie and i went right past a cop. i set it down and just started booking but i never saw him turn on his lights so i didn't know if he saw me or not. so i drive down a road and then onto forum(road) and when i get to the light its red so i stop cause i never saw the cop come behind me. as its red i see a cop roll up 4 cars behind me. I just thought aww **** i'm screwed i'll just pull over. as soon as the light goes green i pull across the road and i pulled right over. the cop got outta his car and imdiatly put me in cuffs and put me in the car and told me he was charging me with felony evasion. i was all pissed because the road i was pulling into i could have easily have run but i really didn't feel like running today for some dumb reason and the never put his lights on so i didn't know what was gonna happen. so he impounds my car and arrests me and then he starts to get cool with me and says he'll ask his boss if he can make it a misdemeaner. well then when i get there and i'm in a holding tank he gets me out and said that they cant charge me because there is no proof that i could ever see him and i pulled over for him so i ended up getting a CNI and my damned permit expired the 15th so i got a operating also. so i didn't have to get a record but i still gotta goto court for CNI which is 350 fix after lawyer (i have to use lawyer or i'll lose licence becuase i have a cni for 130 in a 30 that i got a sispended in sentence) and a ticket for driving without a motorcycle licence 1st offense. i still got the handcuff prints on my wrists and the damn cop copped a feel on my *****. i'm so pissed at myself because i could have easily run cause it was a 2 lane road and then it connects to the highway about 5 miles away. i coulda split traffic and all but it was a busy time in the day and i didn't want to have to run lights and risk killing myself. DAMN.

its only the 3rd time now i've gotten a cni.

1. CNI 130 in a 30 (and a nonvisible licence)
2. CNI wheelie (and a no insurance)
3. CNI wheelie (and a no operator licence)

they never give me just 1 ticket.

 

why did they impound your car if you where doing stunts on your bike????

it's actually C AND I which means careless and imprudent. it's kinda like a wreckless driving, but missouri calls it different things.

tenny, you need to lay low man, what the ****, after hte first one you should have learned. when i got nailed for that **** in december for rocking a highway wheelie, i stay off the streets. you gotta watch that **** man, you're wasting money with stupid stuff when you could have put it into your bike!

 

agreed i need to stop that ****, it was dark and i didn't see him untill i passed him i dont know the street is so much more fun than spot riding. when i'm by myself its not all that fun to spot ride. i shoulda just ran because i could have gotten away on the road where i was and i wouldn't have 500 more dollars in bills to pay from the tickets and impound.

 

oh **** man, you did it at night???? that's the worst time to ride wheelies, you can't see the cops as good.

and i rode for 6 hours today, at 2 spots, hit the streets for a cruise in between spots but didn't do any wheelies.....not worth the trouble.

Good call on the not seeing the lights, if the officer in pursuit dosent have the lights and sirens on and makes it clear to you that it is you they are after, then always say i didnt know he was after me if you plan on fighting it.They absolutley everytime have to have lights blazin to pull you over or how else would you know? I had a "attemping to evade" once, i knew she was commin after me so I didnt speed but turned into a neighborhood, but she didnt turn her lights on till she got right behind me,needless to say that got dropped real quick.

 

Tenny that sucks, a similar thing happened to a buddy of mine in York County, ME. He pulled out of a friends driveway and was stopped by 4 County Sheriff's. They charged him with Failure to Stop, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Speed, and Driving to Endanger. He didn't even go a mile down the road from the driveway he pulled out of to when he came to a stop. The charges were dropped except for Criminal Speed which they dropped down to Imprudent Speed. Come to find out they had been chasing a guy that had a similar Jacket to the one he had on and same color bike. When they seen him pull out of the driveway they just assumed it was him. The only thing they had on him was doing 76 in a 45. They arrested him and cut the straps on his helmet trying to get it off. He had to pay like $400 to get bailed out of jail. He won in the long run though.

 

yeah it was really gay and i do have a really nice lawyer that always hooks me up i am just poor as hell right now. i'm glad i got outta the whole ordeal with just the tickets but it was still some bs that i got my bike impounded.

well i called up the impound and its gonna cost 105 dollars to get it out, cash only. it was 80 dollars for the towing and 25 dollars a DAY!! i dont even have the money so my uncle is gonna pay for it so that i dont end up paying a gazillion dollars because its gonna be 2 weeks till i could pay for it and then i wouldn't even get paid enough to get it out :P

so listen to this bullshit.

my bike got impounded at 7:30pm on sunday. i just picked it up at 5:15 pm on monday.

they charged me 50 dollars for storage for 2 days of storage. and it wasn't even fuking there a whole day.

135 dollars to get my bike back from impound. i 'm so pissed at myself for not running i will never again in my life ever pull over when i'm on my bike. its bullshit. i'm paying at least 500 in tickets then 135 in impound whenever i shouldn't have even been arrested because as soon as i got there they said well we cant even arrest you because we have no proof you were trying to run. i am so pissed off right now, all this **** because i thought i'd do the right thing and pull over. *** everyone.
