check this wierd story out.

Dyno from stl (where i usta live) was in columbia (where i live now) and i just happened to be riding my bike and he was in town and saw me and reconized me and gave me a pm with his number. how wierd is that for someone to see you on stuntlife then just randomly run into you when you live 2 hours away?

Dude!!! You want the weird ****, here it is. I'm in Florida visiting my grandparents from Washington state for a couple of weeks, and I saw a post in the Help me Stunt posted by GSXR600FL. After posting a couple of times i noticed that his avatar said he was about 5-10 miles from my granny's house. I PM'd him and shot the ****, but didn't think anything about it. A couple of days later, I saw the dude coming up to a stoplight pulling some newbie stoppies, (but he was trying). I yelled, "hey do you post on Stuntlife and it turns out it was the same dude. He helped me find the Kawi dealership nearby and that was it.

This is where it's really weird. (sorry for the novel) I was visiting my Gramp's shop and decided to go next door to see what was in this skate shop. I started talking bikes with a dude in there and he found out that I used to ride a Buell. He told me one of his friends just got an endorsement from Buell and it turns out he was talking about Todd Colbert! I **** my pants and he asked if I wanted to meet him. He called Todd and he had just come back into town, but said that he wasn't doing anything tomorrow, so tomorrow were supposed to go hang out. Can't believe this! Small World! Stuntlife is the coolest place on earth. :YEAH

 

By the way... I asked my grandpa and he says he's never heard of you... I mean it's possible, but I just don't think so.

I just think it's weird because I'm from a little shitty town where everyone thinks stunt/freestyle riding is Evil Knevil.

 

when I was working at a bike shop down here you wouldn't believe how many random people would come in and recognize me from different forums

 

I probably would beleive it when you consider you are just about to hit 10,000 posts on this board alone... I've seen you on cycleforums, and i'm sure you are on a few others. You were the first person I saw doing no-handers. If i saw you I'm sure I'd recognize you.
I just need to move my *** down here. Beautiful weather, cheap houses and cheaper bikes. can't wait.

 

It's not just the amount of posts... I've been around for about 2.5-3 years now and have met tons of people.. I'm also all over a bunch of different forums. It's cool to know that no matter where you go theres people you'll know and that you can ride with
