i need to get some new plastics for a 99 honda CBR 600 F4, i need the tail, upper, and both side panels. Anyone kno where i can get them? anyone have anything for sale? Also, what plastics from an f4i will fit my bike? thanks a lot!

 

f4i sides (mid-fairings) will bolt right up, you can also try sharkskinz, they make em cheap, look on eGay

 

what about the tail?

 

F4i lowers will bolt right up, I bought an F4 lower for my F4i and its exactly the same except for the graphics . . . You can get a full fairing kit from Sharkskinz, but it won't have cut outs for headlights and signals unless it says "street", but I'm pretty sure the solo tails they have won't have any cutouts for brakelights whatsoever . . . def check ebay, I got my right lower for $25, and its in excellent shape except for a small, easily fixable crack in the center of it. Otherwise all mounting tabs/holes were flawless . . . I also got a subframe for $90 in flawless shape . . .

How'd you get IP address and OS and Browser version in your signature? Is that something you coded?

 

Tail for f4 and f4i is different and so is the subframe, everything (banana seat) It is a relatively cheap mod to switch tails to f4i tho ($350 and some cutting), and the sharkskinz street version has everything u need 4 street even tho it is one piece

 

Sharkskins is some good stuff. I would say get that. Ive got it on my bike and love it. Also cheap to fix or replace. But I did just spray paint my bike though.

 

Cheetah Racing Bodies makes excellent street replacement bodywork....they are of the finest quality and ranked best (i think) in RoadRacing Worlds bodywork shootout last year.

yes, ricks has a lot of stuff, but my friend, i have yet to show you the Argo warehouse....over 600 salvaged bikes on premises-you can imagine how much plastic they got!!!
