Angry Chalk on up for the kid with the bike!

My apartment complex is trying to evict me because I have a motorcycle and it is in our lease that I am not to park it out side. Which I think is B$ so I decided to make myself an expensive garage. I put in my 30 day notice and will make sure to leave a copy of this picture on the wall once I get my security deposit back on this place. Yep that is my really expensive garage in my kitchen. Think they will like it.

LOL. I did the same thing at my old apt.

Lots of apartments have that rule. My old place put an "illegally parked" sticker on my windshield. Now, those stickers might scrape off glass (car) but they ain't comin' off a plastic windshield. I sued them in small claims court and got $200 for a new screen. F*ckers.

Re: Chalk on up for the kid with the bike!

It is an insurance liability for them to be parked outside. They said if a kid pulls the bike over on themselves then the complex is held liable. No kid will be pullin it over in my apartment. Wonder how fast I will get evicted if they see it in here.

Re: Chalk on up for the kid with the bike!

They never said you couldn't park it inside, their rule was that you weren't allowed to park it outside!

A few years ago when I was looking to move out, I called around and a few of them specified: NO MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED!
