Not sure if this is true anywhere Not sure if this is true or not so If it is or isnt let me know...
I heard about a year ago, the if you get a ticket, Bike or car....and you decide to just pay the ticket instead of fighting it..if you pay a little extra you avoid points.....
Example...
You get $150 ticket....you pay $156......the court will send you a check for $6 and if you dont cash the check, no points go toward you because the points can't go on you until all money transactions are complete...
Anyone ever heard of this??? Lemme know

Guess I can say Kansas is good for something! Here if you get a ticket, you can talk to the pros. attorney and if you pay double the fine, they just throw it out! Total last year I spent about $2500.00 on tickets and yep, my record is as clean as your grandma's!!!!!!!!!!!
For speeding, you can only do this up to 20 mph over the limit, above that they want a lawyer for some reason. So far, lawyer has been able to dismiss these ones too. Just costs you a xtra $75.00 for lawyer fees!
