Reckless OPs, I think, have one in central Ohio. Used to be a airport. Check with them about the legalities.

Waiver are so you feel good. Donest ean anything in a real court.

I sign a waiver and crash and become a vegetable. my family will sue, and no waiver will ever stop em.

GEISTSTAR , its not illegal to stunt on your own property. so i think the way to make your idea work is to make evey one an owner. instead of paying per stunt session , you'd buy like a season pass. say $500 bux. you'd own your share of the property for the year and can stunt all you want. and after you have enough "owners" to pay for the land, you cut it off till the next year where people can sell there memberships if they want. this way it wont be too crowded. and on weekends you can even charge addmission for people to watch like $5 or something to help pay for up keep.
this way the only person they can sue is the property owner.....thierself.

first of all if your a stunter and the thought of sueing someone who throws an event if you get hurt should not be in your vocabulary. getting hurt in this sport is all part of the deal, not wishing it on anyone but all sports have their injurys. you dont see a pro ball player sueing for injurys. the main thing that needs to be considered is keeping spectators away from us, thats the problem. otherwise i am down with with the whole idea if i had the loot

I hear that Ant! I see videos of people standing on the side of the road watching and it makes me cringe sometimes. I do it, but I know what can happen and know the risk I'm taking, many people don't. Spectators deffinatly need protection...and distance is the best thing.
