Ive BEEN SCREWED!!!
. I have posted this on another too, I hope you guys don't mind, just want to get this out to ALL of the stunters out there! BE CAREFUL!
Verdict is in. I got 18 months suspened license, no work privledges! and a $ 1000.00 fine.
10 Traffic Violations for a 20 minute bike ride BASED ON PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE LOCAL PAPER! The person in the pics never even took off their helmet and no license plate was visible.
Check out recklessop.com for the story...
You guys be careful, now they are pushing the envelop one what they use to prosecute!
You can also go to http://www.ohio.com/mld/beaconjournal/ and type in Shawn Cripple in the search field for the whole story.
The Beacon instigated a ride where they photographed the rider and then I was prosicuted for it! Write or call the Akron Beacon Journal and let them know what you think!!!

Here is the nasty about it!
If they can prosecute him based on photographic eveidence, they can prosecute everyone on these boards who has ever had their picture taken while stunting. All they have to be able to do is prove where the photos were taken.
However, this also means that if your local law enforcement officer is videotaped or photographed breaking traffic laws, they too can be prosecuted!
:devil
So if you and a buddy (don't let them catch you driving and taping at the same time) happen to be out driving around, espescially in the Akron area one day, and happen to get footage of an officer breaking a law, it would pretty sweet to get about 50 people to walk into the prosecutors office and demand that the officer be prosecuted. With the entire ordeal on tape of course, so it is on record when the prosecutor refuses!
