12 bars

Is it better to drill holes and bolt it on the subframe or clamp it on by using some sort of heavy duty hose clamp or some type of strap. I heard that many subframes break where they bolt on because of the holes drilled in them, when people scrape 12's. I was wondering which technique is better. Or if anyone has any other suggestions. I know some *** will say "just don't scrape so hard and it won't break mannn" thanks

I thought that you had to be able to scrape the 12 bar before you had to worry about breaking it?

i snapped my subframe and tacoed the bike onto myself on sunday and it didnt snap at the drill holes for the wheelie bar it snapped randomly about an inch up from the rear pegs... so i wouldnt worry about snappin at the bolts if your subframe is gonna snap its gonna snap i doubt drilling vs clamping makes any difference.... just try not to hit it too hard. call RACING 905 (racing905.com) and get in touch with Aaron their product is the best... period.

I've seen Justin scape once. Now his bike is on a workbench in a couple of thousand pieces.
