i can ride a longer stoppie on my fiddy than I can on my 929 - just that i practiced them alot on my fiddy & I can jump off & run away!

there is a dope spot where the stoppie floats & ur hardly on the brake if at all.

Just gotta give em a shot on my bike if it wasn't 20 degree's out.

I just want 50ft consistent and smooth. I think one day I'll just be practicing and suddenly I'll just nail one at like 50+ feet. That seems to be the way I learn. It's never progressive. It's just off off off off off off crash crash off .... ON!

Anyone else pick stuff up like a light switch?

I just gotta try to lean and correct my bike. It always kicks out. I highsided once and that was no fun. I dig watching gorka's vid of him busting out over 900 ft. Inspiration. One of these days, I will to.

see you can work on them lately cause you live in fla., its 70 degrees, and you have plenty of room. I live in Dirty Jerz, where its 40 degrees, salty, and the only flat pavement is the parking lot in the police dept.

Jay where in Jersey are you? I'm in Monmouth county. I've been looking for good spots but it's tough. I only know of one so far. Where do you ride?

Just like Thew said! Take your time and practice! As far as corecting the drift, that is one of those things that I didn't learn, it just kinda happened. A good front tire helps, and a damper is a must!

I am in norther NJ, by paterson, totowa, clifton, wayne etc. I live in little falls which is around all those towns. I ride in a little industrial park. Its just big enough to rock slow wheelies, some decent endos, but no high speed stuff. Pavement is ok.

I just grab 2 fingers full of front brake to get it up, and then flutter to keep the bike up, but that's on a mountain bike, but the same principals apply. Just gotta get some ***** to hammer the front brake when you're tooling, and then find that sweet spot in the balance, and ease the brake off, just enough to keep it up.

Any good twistie roads around there? When it's gets warmer maybe I'll go make a visit up there. You still stunting in the winter? I"m still practicing now at this little road in an industrial area despite the chilly weather.
