Question Fork Seals and Race Tech Springs

I have a CBR F3 and it blows fork seals left and right. The bike is very heavy in the front and lands hard. I am getting a lot better at landing wheelies softer, so I hope to have less of a problem with this in the future. I am about to rebuild the front forks because the bushings are worn out, and at the same time I am thinking about putting a set of Race Tech springs in the front. Has anybody done this with good results (not blowing fork seals as often)? If so what spring rated did you use, b/c I was thinking of using the stiffest (1.0 kg/mm). Also what brand of fork seals have you had good luck with?

FOR ME PERSONALLY I USE TO BLOW A LOT OF SEALS ON MY LAST TWO BIKES(TL1000R) I FOUND THAT ON BOTH BIKES THE PART OF THE FORK THAT SLID PAST THE SEAL WAS DAMAGED...DID NOT MATTER WHAT SEAL I USED RACE TECH OR STOCK...IF THAT IS NOT A PROBLEM THEN ONCE YOU CHANGE THE BUSHING YOU SHOULD BE GOOD..

KEEP THE CHROME CLEAN! If the chrome has dirt on it that is a huge factor in blowing seals. Dirt will kill the seals. Hard landings don't help, but are not the sole cause.
