It it shouldnt be an "automatic" loss of licence but a DTE will probly be enuff points on your license to suspend it. My advice GET A LAWYER!

my advice, if you arent rich like bill gates get a tricked out moped and elude all you want......what are they going to do then take your license? my boys got moped stunnting on lock and he can always tow his bike to the spot for higher speed kicks. let me know if this works for you, peace.

Get a Lawyer, get a lawyer, hell get 2 if it'll help.
All a lawyer has to do is prove that you weren't doing the things that the statute of your ticket says you were doing. (hint) type the statute in the search window and it will bring the ticket deff. up.
With out a lawyer, you have to prove all that sh*t plus that you're not some kid who didn't know what he was doing.
Get a lawyer, get a lawyer, get a lawyer!!!

I won't go on and on about this because hind site is 20/20 and all. Me and the boyz treat ALL cars like they are cop cars, everybody has cell phones, and most people don't particularly like stunters. If we so much as see a car we ride normal until we find us a nice secluded piece of rode.

I know, not everybody lives close to some boondocks to head to.

My two cents...

Also, yeah, get the lawyer my friend...

I'm from Ma too. My boy got a ticket for a wheelie past an unmarked cop too. DTE, speeding, and reckless use (of something). He went to court for it. Not an automatic loss of license. He went to court, gave them some BS about how he put in a new clutch and power commander, which changed his bikes power in between gears. He said the power commander automatically rev's your bike in between shifts so you never stall out of a take off. Then he said he dropped the clutch too fast going into 2nd, and it came up on him. He totally BS'ed his way through it. When you go to court, have 2 stories ready. One in case the cop that followed you doesn't show, so you can totally contradict everything he said and then some, and a more believable story in case it's the same **** their. Good Luck..

Oh yeah... sorry... his ticket was dropped to speeding only... thats what he admitted to. They had him down for like 85 in a 55, he said no way. He was doing 70 in a 50. LOL... He really played the system.... LMAO

Dude get a freakin lawyer ASAP i live in ma and have been there done that . dte is a criminal offense .and you will lose your **** if you have ANY prior tickets . best advice is talk to lawyer tell him exactly what happened .he will be able to definatly get it nocked down to a lesser charge . you wont see a judge for at least another month or more anyway so you have time . ma sucks for stunting and nh is worse . getting harder and harder to stunt out here !!
