Moving feet during stand-ups????

I want to know how to start with both my feet on the front pegs then be able to move my left foot to the rear peg. How should I practice this or do this.

hey man, my advice would be to be very carefull cause when i tried 1 foot 2nd gear wheelies on my cbr600f4 i wrecked when my foot slipped off the peg so take it slow. I dont have that problem with my gsxr100 though cause the balance point it so sweet

Take it slow. The first time I did a knack-knack all I did was take my foot about an inch off the peg to see what the bike would do and how to counter act it, and went from there. Do this with each new move and the next thing you'll be walking around on your bike! Or so I've Heard
